04:07 PM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amazon.com ( AMZN ) agreed to acquire Bee, a maker of wearable AI assistants, according to a LinkedIn post on Tuesday by Maria de Lourdes Zollo, the company's co-founder.

The price wasn't disclosed.

Bee employees received offers to join Amazon ( AMZN ) as part of the deal, Amazon ( AMZN ) said.
