04:20 PM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Douglas J Herrington, CEO, Worldwide Amazon Stores, on November 21, 2025, sold 6,835 shares in Amazon ( AMZN ) for $1,479,098. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Herrington has control over a total of 515,032 common shares of the company, with 508,434 shares held directly and 6,598 controlled indirectly.
