07:37 AM EDT, 06/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Union members at Amazon ( AMZN ) have voted to partner with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters to cooperate in staff contract negotiations, the unions said Tuesday in a joint statement.

About 98% of the Amazon Labor Union voted in favor of the alliance, the groups said.

Amazon ( AMZN ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
