10:15 AM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amazon ( AMZN ) filed a complaint with the Oregon Public Utility Commission last week alleging that Berkshire Hathaway ( BRK/A )-owned (BRK.A, BRK.B) PacifiCorp failed to provide enough power for new data centers in the state, according to media reports.

Amazon ( AMZN ) said PacifiCorp gave one data campus insufficient power and a second one with no power and "has refused to even complete its own standard contracting process" for the third and fourth facilities, Bloomberg reported, citing the complaint.

Amazon ( AMZN ) said the utility breached obligations from 2021 to give the projects ample power, the report said.

Amazon ( AMZN ) did not immediately provide comment to Bloomberg, while PacifiCorp did not immediately reply to a request for comment, according to the news outlet.
