11:22 AM EDT, 03/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Amazon.com's ( AMZN ) Amazon.com Services' motion for preliminary injunctive relief against Perplexity AI was granted by a federal district court judge on Monday.

Amazon Services alleges that Perplexity used its Comet web browser's agentic AI functionality to access password-protected sections of Amazon Services' website without authorization.

Amazon ( AMZN ) didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
