01:44 PM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Amazon.com ( AMZN ) faces a complaint by the National Labor Relations Board for allegedly refusing to bargain with a union representing drivers employed by a contractor in Palmdale, California.

Amazon ( AMZN ) as a "joint employer" with the contractor, Battle Tested Strategies, engaged in unfair labor practices at the facility in Palmdale, the board said in a filing.

Amazon ( AMZN ) didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
