02:02 PM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amazon's ( AMZN ) Zoox said Tuesday it has submitted a voluntary recall and filed a safety recall report with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration after an incident last month in Las Vegas in which one of its robotaxis collided with another vehicle.

Zoox said in a post on its website that it issued a software update after identifying the root cause that led to the incident. The company said all of its vehicles are now equipped with the updated software.
