Amber International Names Michael Wu as CEO

09:40 AM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amber International ( AMBR ) said Thursday that Michael Wu has been named as chief executive officer, succeeding Wayne Huo.

The company's board also appointed Vicky Wang as the president of the company, Amber International ( AMBR ) said.

Additionally, Luke Li, a co-founder of Amber Group, and Vicky Wang were appointed as new directors of the company, Amber International ( AMBR ) said.

Shares of the company were up over 2% in recent Thursday trading.
