08:29 AM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AMC Entertainment Holdings ( AMC ) said Tuesday it has raised $250 million from its "at-the-market" offering of 72.5 million shares, according to a regulatory filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said it sold the shares at an average price of about $3.45 per share.

AMC Entertainment ( AMC ) shares were up more than 99% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
