Amcon Distributing to Acquire Arrowrock Supply

04:40 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Amcon Distributing ( DIT ) said late Monday it is acquiring Arrowrock Supply from Davis-Jones Inc.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition is expected to close in Q2 of the company's fiscal 2025 year.

Upon completion, Amcon will be servicing about 8,000 locations from 14 distribution facilities, the company said.
