05:30 PM EDT, 09/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Amcor ( AMCCF ) said Thursday it has appointed Fred Stephan to the newly introduced role of chief operating officer.

Stephan was previously the president of Amcor Flexibles North America.

Amcor ( AMCCF ) also appointed David Clark as chief sustainability officer. Clark was previously Amcor ( AMCCF ) vice president of Sustainability, the global packaging company said.
