04:55 PM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amcor ( AMCCF ) appointed Stephen Scherger as chief financial officer, effective Nov. 10.

Scherger, 61, most recently served as CFO of Graphic Packaging Holding (GPK), Amcor ( AMCCF ) said Thursday in a regulatory filing.

He succeeds Michael Casamento, who will remain in an advisory role until June 30, 2026.

Graphic Packaging appointed Charles Lischer as its CFO.

Lischer, 56, served as chief accounting officer since November 2019, Graphic Packaging said in a regulatory filing.
