Amcor, Berry File Joint Proxy Statement With US SEC

05:06 PM EST, 01/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amcor ( AMCCF ) and Berry Global Group ( BERY ) reported Thursday the filing of the joint proxy statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for their planned merger.

The statement includes notices of Amcor ( AMCCF ) and Berry shareholder meetings that will both take place on Feb. 25, the companies said.

The expected deal completion date is the middle of this year, they said.
