Amcor CEO Ron Delia to Retire; Peter Konieczny Named Interim CEO; Fiscal 2024 Adjusted Earnings Guidance Affirmed

04:51 PM EDT, 03/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Amcor ( AMCCF ) said Tuesday that Chief Executive Officer Ron Delia will retire, effective April 15, while continuing in an advisory role through Sept. 30.

Chief Commercial Officer Peter Konieczny will be interim CEO, the company said.

Amcor ( AMCCF ) said its board is conducting a search process for a new CEO.

The company reaffirmed fiscal 2024 adjusted earnings guidance of $0.67 to $0.71 a share. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $0.70.

Shares of the company rose 1.6% in after-hours trading.
