10:33 AM EST, 02/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amentum Holdings ( AMTM ) said Thursday it has received in partnership with Chugach Government Solutions through the Nova Space Solutions joint venture a $822.7 million National Aeronautics and Space Administration contract to enhance space infrastructure at its Stennis Space Center and Michoud Assembly Facility.

The company said the consolidated operations, services, and maintenance infrastructure contract is scheduled to start operations in July and extend over eight years.

Under the contract, Amentum said Nova Space Solutions will provide essential facility systems, engineering and manufacturing capabilities, contract management, logistics, facility operations, and environmental tools.

Shares of Amentum were up 6.2% in recent Thursday trading.
