Amentum Says Jacobs Technology Unit Wins 10-Year Space Force Contract

09:14 AM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amentum (AMTM) said Monday its unit Jacobs Technology has won a 10-year contract from the US Space Force with a ceiling value of $4 billion to modernize and operate launch ranges.

The company said the contract covers systems engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, sustainment, operations, and program management to support the Space Force's Assured Access to Space program.

The contract begins June 1 and will span facilities including Patrick Space Force Base, Cape Canaveral, and Vandenberg, Amentum said.

Shares of the company were up more than 2% in recent Monday premarket activity.
