04:02 AM EST, 12/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Amer Sports ( AS ) said late Wednesday it has priced an upsized public offering of 40.8 million shares at $23 per share.

The sports brand company said it granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 6.1 million additional shares.

The offering is expected to close Friday, the company said.

Amer Sports ( AS ) intends to use the net proceeds to pay down debt.
