Amer Sports Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Increase; 2025 Outlook Lifted

06:30 AM EDT, 05/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amer Sports ( AS ) reported Q1 adjusted net earnings Tuesday of $0.27 per diluted share, up from $0.11 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.16.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.47 billion, up from $1.19 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.39 billion.

For Q2, the sporting goods company expects EPS of $0.00 to $0.02 on revenue growth of 16% to 18%.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $0.01 on revenue of $1.16 billion.

For 2025, the company increased its EPS guidance to $0.67 to $0.72 on revenue growth of 15% to 17%, from its previous outlook of EPS of $0.64 to $0.69 on revenue growth of 13% to 15%.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $0.66 on revenue of $5.94 billion.

Shares of the company were up more than 9% in recent premarket activity.
