03:21 AM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amer Sports ( AS ) said late Wednesday a secondary offering of 35 million of its shares by entities affiliated with FountainVest Partners was priced at $37.20 apiece.

The company isn't selling any shares and won't receive any proceeds from the offering.

The offering is expected to close on Friday.
