Amer Sports to Redeem $80 Million of 6.75% Senior Notes

05:06 PM EST, 01/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Amer Sports ( AS ) plans to redeem $80 million of its 6.75% senior secured notes due 2031.

The notes will be redeemed on Feb. 6 at a price equal to 103% of the principal amount plus accrued interest, the company said Tuesday in a statement.

Amer Sports ( AS ) will report Q4 earnings results on Feb. 24.
