09:17 AM EDT, 09/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Amerant Bancorp ( AMTB ) said Thursday that it priced a public offering of 7.9 million shares of its class A voting common stock at $19 per share for a total of $150 million.

The company said it also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 784,210 shares at the public offering price.

Shares of Amerant Bancorp ( AMTB ) were down almost 6% in recent premarket activity.
