Five analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.35.

Revenue, expressed as the sum of net interest income and noninterest income, for the quarter ended June 30 was $98.8 million, down from $110.5 million a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $93.2 million.

The company's board also approved an unchanged quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share, payable Aug. 30 to shareholders of record on Aug. 15.
