04:19 AM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ameren ( AEE ) unit Ameren Missouri said late Wednesday it priced a public offering of $500 million of 5.25% first mortgage bonds due 2035 at 99.975% of the principal amount.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds to repay short-term debt and fund near-term capital expenditures. The offering is expected to close on April 4.
