05:41 AM EDT, 03/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ameren's ( AEE ) Union Electric unit, also known as Ameren Missouri, said late Monday it priced a public offering of $500 million of 5.2% first mortgage bonds due 2034 at 99.685% of the principal amount.

The unit said it expects to close the offering on April 4, and proceeds will be used to refinance short-term debt and fund capital expenditures.
