09:08 AM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ameresco ( AMRC ) said Monday that it has been awarded a $21 million contract from the City of Henderson, Nevada to transition its street lighting infrastructure to LED technology.

Under the deal, Ameresco ( AMRC ) will replace more than 30,000 streetlights in the city with LED lighting as well as replace several hundred poles.

Shares of Ameresco ( AMRC ) were up 2.8% in recent premarket activity.
