09:18 AM EST, 02/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ameresco ( AMRC ) said Monday that it has completed the second and third of its long-term debt financing for solar photovoltaic, or PV, and battery energy storage system projects, and has transferred certain of the projects' related investment tax credits.

The financing arrangement under a private shelf facility with CounterpointeSRE and Barings provides long-term capital to support Ameresco's ( AMRC ) energy storage and solar PV infrastructure across the US, the company said.
