Ameresco Completes Projects at Ave Maria University in Florida

08:59 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ameresco ( AMRC ) said Monday it has completed two integrated design-build projects with Ave Maria University in Florida.

The improvements included modernizing building infrastructure and upgrading automation systems to improve heating, ventilation, and air conditioning operational control, expenditures, and safety ahead of possible future campus expansions, the company said.

An upcoming third phase of the project will add a chiller to the plant, boosting total capacity from 3,600 tons to 6,600 tons, the company said.
