10:30 AM EDT, 05/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ameresco ( AMRC ) said Monday its Irish subsidiary Cork Sustainable Energy ahs received approval for an upgrade to the Kilvinane Wind Farm from An Bord Pleanala, Ireland's national independent planning body.

The upgrade is designed to "ensure consistency with the character of the structure and the neighboring structures" of the wind farm, which has an annual capacity of 8,500 megawatt-hours, the company said.
