09:48 AM EDT, 06/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- America Movil ( AMX ) said Monday it has increased its stake in ClaroVTR, its joint venture with Liberty Latin America, to 91%.

The company said it increased its ownership by converting its outstanding notes held in ClaroVTR into equity.

Financial terms of the increase weren't disclosed.

Liberty Latin America will own the remaining 9% of ClaroVTR.
