10:25 AM EDT, 10/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American Airlines ( AAL ) is seeing stronger main cabin revenue trends heading into Q4, Deutsche Bank said in a note Friday.
The bank said unit revenue trends improved after a challenging start to the summer, with domestic passenger unit revenue turning positive in September.
Revenue momentum is expected to continue into 2026, with October main cabin revenue outperforming September and management encouraged by stronger bookings for November and December, the bank said.
Deutsche Bank now models Q4 EPS of $0.55, up from its prior forecast of $0.29, and it has raised its 2025 EPS forecast to $0.75 from $0.40.
Deutsche Bank reiterated a buy rating and $15 price target on American Airlines ( AAL ).
