American Coastal Insurance Closes Sale of Subsidiary to Forza Insurance for $26.4 Million

05:01 PM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American Coastal Insurance ( ACIC ) said late Tuesday it closed the sale of its subsidiary, Interboro Insurance, to Forza Insurance Holdings for $26.4 million in cash.

The deal finalized American Coastal Insurance's ( ACIC ) shift into a specialty insurer focused on underwriting commercial residential property insurance, Chief Executive Brad Martz said in a statement.
