June 26 (Reuters) - Utility firm American Electric Power ( AEP )
said on Wednesday it has named Bill Fehrman as chief
executive officer, effective Aug. 1.
He will replace Benjamin Fowke, who was appointed as the
interim CEO in February after the company announced a deal with
billionaire investor Carl Icahn to give his representatives two
board seats.
Fehrman will take on the position after stepping down as the
CEO of Centuri Holdings ( CTRI ), which has named Paul Caudill
as the interim CEO.
Centuri ( CTRI ) said Fehrman will remain on its Board of Directors
until the company transitions to a permanent CEO.
