05:52 PM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American Financial Group ( AFG ) launched a $350 million offering of 5% senior notes due 2035, priced at 99.162% of their principal amount.

Net proceeds of about $344 million will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said Tuesday in a statement.

The offering is expected to close Sept. 23.
