11:33 AM EST, 11/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- American Healthcare REIT ( AHR ) said Monday it plans to sell up to $500 million of its common shares via at-the-market offerings through various agents.

The company plans to contribute the net proceeds received from the offering to its operating partnership in exchange for units of limited partnership interest in the operating partnership, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The operating partnership is expected to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, among other things, American Healthcare REIT ( AHR ) said.
