American Healthcare REIT Q2 Normalized FFO Drops, Revenue Rises

06:04 PM EDT, 08/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- American Healthcare REIT ( AHR ) Monday night reported Q2 normalized funds from operations of $ 0.33 per diluted share, down from $0.37 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected adjusted FFO of $0.25.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $504.6 million, compared with $467.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $508.1 million.

For 2024, the company is raised normalized FFO to $1.23 to $1.27, from its prior outlook of $1.18 to $1.24.

Analysts have been looking for $1.01.
