American Healthcare REIT to Sell 14.5 Million Shares in Public Offering

04:29 PM EDT, 09/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- American Healthcare REIT ( AHR ) said late Wednesday it has started an underwritten public offering of 14.5 million shares through BofA Securities, Morgan Stanley and KeyBanc Capital Markets as joint book-running managers.

The company said it has granted its underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to about 2.18 million additional shares.

The firm said it plans to use the proceeds to buy its joint venture partner's 24% interest in Trilogy Holdings and to repay some debt.
