03:21 AM EDT, 06/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- American Homes 4 Rent ( AMH ) said Tuesday that its operating partnership American Homes 4 Rent ( AMH ), L.P. has priced a $500 million offering of 5.5% senior notes due July 15, 2034 at 99.455% of par value.

Interest on the notes is payable semi-annually in arrears, starting Jan. 15, 2025. The offering is expected to close on or about June 26.

The operating partnership plans to use the net proceeds for the repayment of outstanding indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
