American Honda Sales Decline 5.2% in August

12:57 PM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Honda Motor's ( HMC ) American Honda division said Wednesday that its August sales stood at 132,734 units, down 5.2% from a year earlier.

Car sales fell by 4.1% to 40,055 units, while truck sales declined 5.6% to 92,679 units, American Honda said.

The automaker said it sold 44,465 units of electrified models in August.
