01:55 PM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Honda Motor ( HMC ) unit American Honda said Thursday its April sales were up 18.1% year over year to 137,656 units.

Truck sales rose 26.4% to 100,079 units, and car sales rose 0.4% to 37,577 units, data showed.

The company said 41,116 electrified vehicles were sold in April, up 91.9% from a year earlier.
