American International Group Completes Secondary Offering of Corebridge Shares

04:53 PM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- American International Group ( AIG ) said Monday it has completed a secondary offering of 30 million Corebridge Financial ( CRBG ) shares at $29.20 apiece.

The net proceeds were roughly $872 million, the firm said. Morgan Stanley was the underwriter for the offering.
