American International Group Launches Cash Tender Offers for Certain Notes

11:10 AM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American International Group ( AIG ) said Monday it launched 10 separate offers to buy certain outstanding notes for cash, up to a maximum total consideration of $300 million.

The offers are set to expire on Friday, the company said, adding that the total principal amount outstanding across the notes is about $2.29 billion.

American International said the initial settlement date is expected to be June 10, while the guaranteed delivery settlement date is anticipated to be June 12.
