American Lithium's Full Title to 32 Disputed Peru Claims Re-confirmed After Supreme Court Ruling
Aug 28, 2025 4:59 AM

07:44 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American Lithium ( AMLIF ) on Thursday said Peru's Supreme Court has ruled that its subsidiary, Macusani Yellowcake, has title ownership of 32 disputed concessions.

The court declined to hear the petition filed by Peru's Ministry of Energy and Mines.

The win marks the end of a seven-year long legal battle, a statement said.

"[T]his is a significant development, and we are extremely pleased with the Court's decision, as justice has prevailed," said Executive Chairman Andrew Bowering. "It is important to re-emphasize that at no point did the company lose title to the 32 concessions under dispute. We can now focus on advancing these high-quality projects without this uncertainty."
