American Outdoor Brands Reaches 'Amicable' Settlement in Patent Infringement Case

05:42 PM EDT, 03/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- American Outdoor Brands ( AOUT ) said late Tuesday it reached an "amicable" agreement with Vista Outdoor Sales and Bushnell Holdings to settle pending patent litigation.

The patent infringement was related to an electronic powder measure.

The company said it does not plan to provide details of the settlement and dismissal of two cases in the litigation.

American Outdoor Brands ( AOUT ) shares rose 1.9% in after-hours activity.
