American Public Education Names Edward Codispoti CFO

09:12 AM EDT, 10/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American Public Education ( APEI ) said Monday it has named Edward Codispoti as chief financial officer.

Codispoti succeeds Rick Sunderland, who will continue in an advisory role to faciliate the change, the company said.

American Public said Codispoti was most recently the CFO of NV5 Global.
