American Resources, ReElement Sign Critical Minerals Deal With TMK in Uzbekistan

12:43 PM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American Resources ( AREC ) and its holding in ReElement Technologies partnered with Uzbekistan's TMK to develop a critical minerals value chain between the US and Uzbekistan.

Under the agreement, American Resources ( AREC ) will broker tungsten concentrate from TMK and supply it to ReElement and other US partners for refining into high-purity tungsten, the companies said.

The deal also includes plans for future cooperation on germanium, lithium, and other rare earth and critical elements.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
