American Resources Unit Awarded Military Critical Technical Data Agreement Approval, Certification

06:36 AM EDT, 09/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- American Resources ( AREC ) ReElement Technologies unit said Wednesday that the US/Canada Joint Certification Program certified the company for Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, or MCTDA.

The MCTDA is an agreement used by the US Department of Defense and/or Canadian Department of National Defense for the protection of critical technical data related to military applications, ReElement said.

The Joint Certification Program certifies that the firm has met all security requirements and is eligible to handle "sensitive" information, ReElement added.
