American Superconductor Files Mixed Shelf, Resale of Shares by Selling Stockholders

05:47 PM EDT, 08/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- American Superconductor ( AMSC ) filed a mixed-shelf prospectus Monday for the sale of securities from time to time in one or more offerings.

The prospectus covers common stock, debt securities, warrants, units, and common stock offered by selling security holders.

Separately, the company filed a prospectus for the resale of about 1.3 million shares by selling shareholders.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds for the sale of shares by the selling shareholders.
