04:10 PM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American Superconductor ( AMSC ) said late Tuesday it plans to sell shares in an underwritten public offering, with Oppenheimer as the sole book-running manager.

The company said it will grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, it said.
