06:32 AM EDT, 06/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- American Tower ( AMT ) has terminated its collocation agreement with DISH Wireless, effective June 2, the company said Thursday in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said 100% of revenue from DISH has been reflected in churn since Jan. 1, and the termination is not expected to affect its 2026 financial results.

American Tower ( AMT ) said it continues to pursue litigation against DISH regarding obligations under the agreement.
