07:42 AM EST, 01/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American Tower ( AMT ) said Tuesday it has promoted Eugene Noel, who is president of the US Tower division, to chief operating officer, effective Jan. 13.

Richard Rossi, who is general counsel of US Tower, will succeed Noel as president of the division, also effective Jan. 13.

Noel served as president of US Tower since 2023 and previously served as COO of US Tower.
